  9. Purchases: All purchases through this site are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
  10. Privacy Policy: Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Warranty

Please note that all Sports Repack products are sold “as is” and our warranty policy is strictly limited to this condition. We do not offer refunds or returns for any Sports Repack items. 

Warranty Details: 

As Is Warranty: All products are covered in an “as is” warranty. This means that the products are sold without any additional guarantees beyond what is explicitly described at the time of purchase. 

No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept any returns or provide refunds for Sports Repack products. Once purchase is made, it is final.
